My face cradle is broken! I can't lock it. What do I do?
Worry not; most of the time you're either not putting enough pressure or the face cradle is too loose or too tight.
To lock the cradle; you must turn the handle until the flat end (or logo end) faces up to the ceiling and then press down until the handle locks into a upside down 90° angle.
If the cradle is too tight; you can refer to either of the 2 methods to loosen or tighten the face cradle.
Method #1: Remove the lid to expose the screw. Use a 3/8 socket to hold the screw in place and then twist the handle to tighten or loosen the head cradle.
Method #2: Remove the lid to expose the screw. Hold the the handle in place and then use a 3/8 socket to tighten or loosen the head cradle.
